This Month:

Story Sheets – The Centennial Committee requests that each family write a brief story from their time here at Brock UMC. Some stories will be from last year and some from 50 years ago. These stories will be used in a memory book to be placed in the time capsule and also for the sermon on October 19th. Stories need to be specific (ie. the time Myron sleep walked to the cemetery) instead of general (ie. we have always felt happy here). Also, some stories will be humorous while others will be stories with deep meaning for a family (tragedy, grief, loss). Try to make each story sheet no longer than a page.

Giving Bucket - The September focus for our Giving Bucket is the Manna House. They are requesting cans of beef stew and chili, mac and cheese, jelly and diapers size 3 and 5. The green Giving Bucket is in the tile hallway between the sanctuary and fellowship hall.
