The Brock United Methodist Church Family
At the Brock United Methodist Church, we are all about families. On Sunday mornings you will often see the kids helping with the offering, or Youth reading the Scripture.
Don't be surprised when the Youth return from their summer mission trip and they're in charge of the entire Sunday service.
Or Ash Wednesday when the Youth run the show.
Either Adults or Youth will teach the children a lesson during Children's Church.
And Youth and the more established praise group jam together in playing Christian music on Sundays.
During the Sunday services, you will continually see all age groups worshipping together. But we also have many activities throughout the year designed for everyone in the family to attend. The list below includes some of those regularly scheduled activities, and new ones are added all the time. So check on the calendar regularly to see upcoming events.
- Bocce Ball Tournament - for all ages
- Fourth of July Celebration - including a picnic and potluck fireworks
- Annual The Lord's Acre - food, kids' play area, bakery, country store, silent auction, live auction
- Thanksgiving Feast - fellowship and food for everyone
- Christmas Party - caroling, hay ride, food, and Santa
- Brunch with Brock - Monthly potluck brunch between church services
