This event is family friendly with music, games and activities. The general public can purchase  tickets to vote for fan favorite.  Voting begins with first turn-in at 2 PM.

Dinner is at 5Pm with a tasting plate for $8 which will include a serving of coleslaw,potato salad and fixin's  giving you an opportunity to sample the contestant’s culinary masterpieces.

Check-In Time: Friday Evening and Saturday Morning

Cooks’ Meeting: 7pm June 16 (1 member of each team required to attend) * Entries may be prepared off-site, no team affiliation required)

Judging Times:  Desserts 12:00 PM ♦ Jr. Appetizers 1:00 PM ♦ Chicken 2:00 PM ♦ Ribs 3:00 PM  ♦ Brisket 4:00 PM

Entry: The entry fee for each team is $100, which does not include your meat. You can choose to prepare one, two or all three meats.

Jr. Appetizers*: $10 / entry- prizes to be awarded

Desserts*: $20/entry extra 50% payout -  jackpot format.
